Eligibility Requirements
1. Be a senior in high school in San Diego County
2. Be a resident of San Diego County for the last year
3. Plan to attend an accredited college in San Diego County
4. Plan to attend college full-time in Fall 2018 and Spring 2019
5. Demonstrate a financial need
There is no minimum GPA or citizenship requirement
