The City of San Diego Park and Recreation Department will be hosting a LEADER Academy for 15-25 year olds interested in learning about part time, entry-level, careers in Park and Recreation. Upon graduation, they will have learned about working with individuals of various ages, disabilities, and seniors in the area of arts and crafts, sports, and special events. They will also learn about CPR/First Aid, San Diego Civics, Resume Writing, and Interview Skills. The course is free and it is easy to register. The deadline is on Wed. January 3, 2018.
