The San Diego County Citizens’ Scholarship Foundation is offering need-based scholarships for first-year, full-time college students in San Diego County. The amount of each scholarship award will be announced in June or July. Last year, $170,000 was awarded to 170 students.To apply, students need to complete the application, www.sdccsf.org, by March 2, 2020.
