The Linked Learning Scholarship program for 2018 is open!
The Linked Learning Scholarship program is an undergraduate scholarship program open to high school seniors enrolled in a Linked Learning pathway that has reached Candidate level or above in Linked Learning Certification. Applicants must be nominated by a teacher and mentor or supervisor and meet minimum eligibility requirements. Linked Learning Scholars are selected based on:
· Academic ability and achievement
· Financial need
· Participation in work-based learning activities including internships
· Student persistence and leadership
Up to five students will receive a $1,000 one-time scholarship to help cover the student’s educational expenses — including tuition, living expenses, books and required fees – at an accredited community college, 4-year University or other post-secondary degree-granting institution in the 2018-19 school year.
The application deadline is Friday, May 4th, 2018.
