PRIZES: Each of the five winners of the CALSA / F3 "Why Education Matters Essay" Contest will receive a $1000 education award.ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility for the education awards is reserved exclusively for seniors attending a public high school in California and planning to attend a community college or a four-year university upon graduation in June 2018
